Using strategic targeting of key zip codes and strong messaging, we crafted a marketing campaign designed to drive awareness and attract new patients. Targeting strategically to find new denture patients and a news sponsorship it made them a premium choice in the community to drive short term and long term growth.

An Orlando roofer needed help driving leads. They have been around for 14 years, however their leads were not coming in.

Challenge

The Leach Firm wanted us to evaluate whether their existing media buy was truly competitive. Their goal was to reduce costs while maintaining—if not improving—the quality and visibility of their placements across both traditional and streaming platforms.

Solution

Our team performed a comprehensive audit of their current buy and leveraged our vendor-side relationships to renegotiate rates on their behalf. We focused on optimizing CPM efficiency and securing premium inventory—specifically, high-value local news and  football placements—without increasing their overall spend.

Results

We negotiated reduced CPM from $42.84 to $17, achieving 60% more value while adding premium football programing placements. Our team negotiated and lowered the firms existing CPM from $32 to $21, delivering 34.38% more value without increasing the firms budget. 

Overall, the firm gained significantly stronger media performance, wider audience reach, and premium visibility.
